My Passion
Hi I am Elly, owner of Ellz Bellz Hair and Beauty in Exeter Devon.
A lover of hair (I wonder what colour I will have when you meet me?), Makeup (there can never be enough glitter) and nails! I am a mother of one, who believes hair and beauty should be affordable for all budgets, and noticed there was a market for nights out! I thank my friends for that, who I end up Ellz-ifying as they call it for nights out and events as they just can’t ‘glam’.
I found I had the biggest smile after glamming them and decided I need to pursue my talents as the office job just doesn’t cut it for my creativity, (Thanks ADHD)!
This is an inclusive space, I want everyone to feel welcome! If you’re not one for chatting that’s fine, sit back and relax whilst I work my magic, or want to chat about life and everything in between, I am here to listen and give my funny anecdotes!

Cluster Party Lashes - 15 mins est
£10 (Lasts 3 + days with correct after care. Simple Eyeshadow design can be added for extra £5 + 10 mins)

Hair Curled - 40 mins est

French/Bubble/Dutch Braids - 25 mins est
Fishtail plait single - 20 mins est

*Free Bottle of Fizz, when 2 or more people book together for Party package – ID may be asked to prove age*
Loyalty Scheme
1 Stamp per booking. After 4 bookings with me get one treatment for 50% off and after 9 bookings get one treatment Free (treatments include Cluster Party Lashes, Shellac on bare nails or any hair service)
Important Information for all bookings
For Event Package booking I require a £10 per person deposit to secure your booking.
*Deposits to be deducted from final bill
*If you need to cancel your booking please let me know and we can re-arrange.
*I cover EX1 to EX5 area, I charge mileage costs for outside these postcodes.
*Before confirming your booking, I kindly ask for a short video consultation. This helps me understand your needs, ensure Ellz Bellz is a great fit, and supports my commitment to safeguarding practices.
